Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Window
We provide a 24-hour return window exclusively for items that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 days to your original payment method.
